Printing

In the print-works, logos and inscriptions are applied, using various technological methods, which allow to achieve an especially high quality.

Sublimation

Maximum dimensions of a print – 140 x 90 cm
Number of colours–unlimited.
Possibility to carry out single-unit orders.
For the sublimation print, the enterprise has bought a new printing machine “Mimaki” and a thermal press with the vacuum function “Monti Antonio”.

Sublimation printing is the best method of producing prints on sports clothes and products made of polyester fabric. Products, processed in this way, are characterised by especially high quality and durability. Prints on a product’s surface are not tangible at all – they do not project above the surface, since the dyes soak into the fabric.

The newest sublimation equipment is suitable for sublimating fabrics which contain elastane or a rib fabrics, it can also be used for double-sided prints.

Using the sublimation method on a poli-flock fabric, it is possible to obtain multi-coloured logos, which are also suitable for prints on cotton surfaces.

Silk-screening

Maximum dimensions of a print – 35 x 52 cm
Maximum number of colours – 8.
Means: water or plastisol dyes.

When using the direct silk-screening on a fabric, we use the following equipment

• Silk-screen carousel “Chameleon”, made in USA
• Driers specially adapted for work with water dyes, which are very popular among Lithuanian and foreign clients due to their ecological qualities.

Transfer prints

Maximum dimensions of a print – 39 x 54 cm
Number of colours – unlimited.
Means: water or plastisol dyes.

In order to produce transfers, very modern equipment “Atma” (made in Taiwan), drier and thermal presses are used.

Thermal printing

Maximum dimensions of a print – 48 x 38 cm
Means: videoflax, poli-flex, poli-flock thermal foils. The selection of thermal foils allows to apply this method with various fabrics: cotton, polyester, impregnated and waterproof fabrics.

For the application of inscriptions by way of thermal printing, we use USA-made cutter-plotter “MUTOH”, Italian thermal presses “Siser” with special heating elements, suitable for pressing straight and bent surfaces of products.

This method of printing is the most suitable for producing single-unit prints, prints with names and numbers, it is often used for printing on working clothes.
